We recently enjoyed a luxurious stay at this hotel by the lake. the room had exclusive amenities, like a comfortable bed and a well, equipped bathroom, with easy, to, use facilities. the staff provided excellent service and fulfilled all of our needs. the continental breakfast and bar/lounge area were particularly enjoyable, and the restaurant offered a special diet menu upon request. The hotel's location is in a prime spot, with easy access to nearby attractions.

The hotel room was clean and nicely set out with a comfortable bed. Lovely staff that are very friendly and always willing to help.
No vegetarian food selection on restaurant menu.

Free shuttle bus. Free newspaper. First night free fruit tray. Breakfast and service are very good. Eating breakfast in the lake-view restaurant is an enjoy. Room lighting is good. Bed is comfortable.
Free seating area at lobby has only two sofa (maximum 6 persons)!!!

Fantastic hotel with great staff, warm hospitality, and useful sightseeing tips. Clean and comfortable rooms. Convenient location near park and lake. Enthusiastic and helpful staff. Excellent view over the lake. Free late-night supper.

Celebrated New Year's Eve at a hotel by the lake. Friendly staff who went the extra mile to ensure a good experience. Location was great - close to major tourist attractions and seafood restaurants. The view from the restaurant was amazing and the breakfast was delicious. Free airport shuttle was an added bonus.
Some communication issues due to language barriers, but nothing that couldn't be resolved. The room was a bit small, but it was comfortable enough.
